Matched bets coming up against a selection of bookmakers have not changed since earlier this morning - looks like Automatcher has stopped in its tracks again!

THANKS FOR FIXING THINGS PROMPTLY THE OTHER DAY, UNFORTUNATELY IT SEEMS TO HAVE STALLED AGAIN TODAY! NOTHING SEEMS TO HAVE UPDATED SINCE EARLIER THIS MORNING - NO RACING MATCHES ARE APPEARING FOR SEVERAL BOOKIES AND RACING STARTS IN 10MINUTES.

Thanks for correcting matters yesterday. I think the problem is back again today though - it's now almost 1pm and no racing matches are coming up against the major bookmakers.

I do agree, it seems that horse racing odds are not coming through for a number of the major bookies, i can see odds are coming through for Will Hill, Bet365 and a couple of others but the majority are not. Have you noticed this occurring with a set of specific bookmakers, or does it vary, also does it always happen around this time of day or is this happening all the time? We will do our best to get to the bottom of the and get Automatcher running smoothly again

The problem seems to be in the mornings. I mainly use Betfred, Totesport and Stan James. Last two days have seen no racing cards in the mornings until you have corrected matters. Seems to be no link at all to any of the day's racing cards. Once you correct matters then all is well for rest of the day. Not sure if problem is same for football, as markets move a lot slower. Matches are certainly showing, but I tend not to trade football as much, especially now we are in a close season at home.
Whilst I'm on here, another frustration with Automatcher is that I cannot keep the Automatcher screen and refresh a search every few minutes. If I leave the screen open, then try to run it again in a few minutes it just searches endlessly or cuts out completely, so that i have to reload your website from scratch and input all the search options again.
There are some great arbs (as well as free bets) to be had on here, so hope you can sort out these problems. Good luck.

Thanks for the feedback, as you are probably aware the Automatcher can be tricky at the best of times and this is in valuable to us. We will look into these issues and try to get them sorted for you, the refreshing problem does sound particularly frustrating. If you have any other suggestions or improvements you'd like to see please let us know and we will look into these for you as well

Please tell me which bookmaker/filters you are getting the runtime error for and I will aim to resolve this asap. I tried a few bookmakers myself and could not reproduce the error. Many thanks.

Hi.
Just to update you, Automatcher has been working fine for me in terms of updating matched bets (football and horses) on both Friday (20/7) ans so far today (Saturday 21/7). Well done for fixing that! I'm experiencing the same problem as 'intothebleach1' with the 'Runtime Error'. This is what I was referring to in my earlier posts. They can happen at anytime, but they are frequent. Quite often I'll log on and run through several bookies looking for arbs - I rarely get to the end of my list, without a 'Runtime eror' screen appearing, which means I have to go back and log on to your website again and start from scratch. Next time it haooens I'll try and e-mail you a screenshot of the 'Runtime Error' page that appears.
