This maybe for a number of reasons, i.e your claim went untracked, your claim was tracked to another account (you didn't delete your existing cookies), you failed to submit your claim within 10 days of opening your account, you did not meet our cashback terms shown in the free bets table ect. However we will not discuss your personal cashback claims via the forum, can you please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve this issue
